REMAX trusted me to take this property, which is currently a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment above a garage, make it into a single family home. This was a complete remodel and if the plan was carried out, would involve structural changes to create the open floor plan that is desired by many families in today's world. My redesign allows for 3-bedrooms and 1.5-bathrooms. This allows for plenty of space for entertaining, both inside and out with the large lot behind the house.
