This particular house was located just off a golf course and was recently constructed. The previous owner lived in the house part-time and never hung a picture or utilized the house to its fullest potential. This house was practically a blank slate to stage and I feel that was a challenge many buyers faced. The house had open spaces that were bare; it could be hard to visualize the space as it would fit to your family. This is why REMAX brought in interior design students as interns. The agency felt staging the homes would help buyers start to visualize the spaces as their own.
