As an intern for the local REMAX agency, I was given the task of staging homes to help them appeal to buyers. Of course, each house is different and has it's own personality, so when staging the house, it's important to not only consider buyers, but also consider the feel of the house. This particular house is more modern for the Western PA area and it had a few quirky aspects to it. One being a display shelf right above the front door. The kitchen is outdated, so by adjusting the countertops and appliances, this area can be updated. There's also many windows in this house, so it's important to showcase the views and possibility within the house.
